iAmAI Partner Program Terms

1. Who can join
Agencies, freelancers and experts who build or manage websites and stores. Joining is free. We review every request and may decline it.
2. Partner code
Each partner gets one personal code from us, which works for all their clients. The code is personal and may not be passed on to others.
3. How a client is linked to you
- Shopify: the client enters your partner code on the plans screen in the iAmAI app.
- A client who was already subscribed before entering your code isn't linked to you, and clients can't be linked retroactively.
- You may not sign up yourself or your own business as a client with your code.
4. Commission
- 20% of the price after Shopify's 2.9% processing fee, for every payment from a client linked to you, every month, for as long as they stay subscribed.
- Your client pays the regular price. Your commission comes out of our share.
- If a client is refunded for a payment, no commission is paid on it. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
5. Payouts
- Once a month, 30 days after the month ends, by bank transfer or PayPal.
- Minimum payout: $50. If your balance is lower, it rolls over to the next month.
- No invoice is needed. Each partner is responsible for reporting their own income as required by law.
6. Monthly report
Every month you get a report on which clients are linked to you, which of them are paying, and what you've earned. It shows only the business or store name, plan, commission, date and status, never the client's email, phone or name.
7. Do's and don'ts
- You may recommend iAmAI to your clients, on your website, in content and on social media.
- You may not promise a client first place on Google or any specific result. We don't promise that either.
- No unsolicited messages or emails (spam).
- You may not present yourself as iAmAI or as our official representative.
- No paid ads bidding on the iAmAI name.
8. Ending the partnership
- Either side can leave the program at any time by email.
- Commission already earned is paid on the regular payout date.
- If a partner breaks these terms, we may remove them from the program and withhold unpaid commission.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms.
10. Privacy
We keep the details you entered in the form and your payout details only to run the program and pay you. More in our privacy policy.
